"Thwack! Thwack! Thwack!"
Rie sheathes her wooden sword. Her face is expressionless as she addresses Chiyo, who is panting tiredly. "You've gotten stronger."
Chiyo throws aside her wooden sword and collapses on the ground, gasping for air. The Crimson Guard Nightmares rush over with cold tea and towels for sweat. A group of Nightmares lift a large fan and fan a cool breeze over Chiyo.
"I thought that you would have slackened with the Crimson Guard." A stack of Nightmares hoists up a cup of hot tea for Rie. She stirs the cup with cold air, and the tea leaves instantly sink to the bottom.
Regaining her composure, Chiyo sits up. "I cannot become their weakness. I am the strongest samurai of the Tobunkai!"
"Yeah, and the samurai that can eat the most too."
"That's not true! It's just that thinking about strategy makes me hungrier than just practicing..."
